Community Lead

TRPPN is the first community-owned (live) music discovery platform, aiming to support the long-tale of the music industry to gain visibility and make a living.

The community building team is the driving force behind Trppn's promotion strategy for all things music and culture. As a key member of this team, you'll help craft marketing plans for all kind of music genres and artist campaigns to set Trppn apart and create a tribe of a loyal community.

We're looking for someone with a deep passion for music and entertainment as well as an unbreakable pulse on the scene. You'll need to be a global thinker with the skills to develop kick-ass marketing and brand strategies for all kind of music genre. Your ultimate goal? Drive brand love and grow our community on the platform.

You'll own the strategy, execution, and delivery of integrated campaigns across all channels.

As a true music aficionado, you know the ins and outs of the industry and can lead cross-functional teams to execute global brand stories flawlessly. You're a master of managing workflows, processes, and campaigns across a range of teams and channels.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Develop comprehensive, strategic, and compelling content marketing campaigns that help Trppn meet the goals.
  • Act as the marketing lead for key artist and brand campaigns, driving the campaign from start to finish.
  • Set vision and yearly strategy for key music genres, with a focus on engagement, consumption, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with Music, Studios, and Marketplace teams to develop innovative marketing initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Brand & Creative, Social, Comms, Media, Analytics, Studios Marketing, and other business teams to optimize content distribution and effectiveness.
  • Present results and recommendations to other team members in engaging and effective ways.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to deliver results on time and on budget.


So, who are we looking for?

You've got at least 5 years of marketing experience working in a strategic marketing role for a culture and technology related brand, digital publisher or agency. You're an expert in consumer marketing, marketing strategy and media planning, marketing implementation, digital/social marketing, and event execution. 

You're a pro at project management and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-energy environment. You're a team player with a can-do attitude and thrive under pressure. You're super-organized and detail-oriented, and you're always ideating on how to bring your marketing campaigns to life in innovative and exciting ways.

Oh, and did we mention that you need to be proficient in Google Drive, Excel, and Keynote and comfortable working remotely?

This position is open from July and starts with 70.000€ gross, plus equity (token shares) and overpayment with corresponding qualification.
